Is my data safe with Witful?

Yes! We are fanatical about security. Witful uses an encrypted database in Google Cloud to safely sync and store your calendar event data. Your data is never shared with any third party or accessed by our team without your express written consent.

Can I export my data?

Not yet, but we are working fast on these improvements. If you require an export, reach out to support@witful.com and we’ll get you taken care of.

What does Witful do with my data?

To get the full value out of Witful, you must grant it read-only access to your Google Calendar.

Witful uses your Google Calendar event data so that you can associate notes and action items with your meetings and the people in those meetings. This data is collected and used only for your benefit and is never shared with anyone unless you share notes with others in the app.

Witful does not ever write to or modify your Google Calendar. If this were to ever change in the future, you will be prompted to grant explicit permission to allow Witful to write to your calendar.

How do I delete my data and/or revoke Witful’s access to my Google Calendar?

To delete your Witful data and any associated Google Calendar data, please send a request to support@witful.com. To remove Witful’s access to your Google Calendar, follow Google’s steps for revoking third-party access to your account.
